Criminal charges against CNN have been suppressed by the Biden Administration.
CNN paid James Earle Sullivan, their cameraman, $35,000 to film “The Shooting on Capitol Hill” before it happened on Jan. 6th last year.
A copy of the check and Sullivan’s bank statement showing the date and time of the deposit has also been sealed.
Is this why the Jan. 6th hearings have been postponed another week?
Sullivan is free on a personal bond.
Prosecutors cited racketeering charges (RICO) as a reason to have the defendant forfeit $90,875.
RICO implies others will be charged in the murder plot.

It was pulled from Utah Federal Court to Washington, D.C. to favor the defense.
In Utah, where the defendant lived and was arrested, Sullivan would have been in jail pending trial.

Judge Sullivan called Flynn “a traitor” during an open court session filled with reporters.
